My set of hand-made tools, made in the 1st year electronics workshop are a little bit rusty, like me, but better than that Taiwanese rubbish you get nowadays! The turning excercise at the bottom of the page used to come apart with a satisfying 'plop' but alas is now rusted solid. I used to have the brass filing excercise, but seem to have lost it now. I remember repeatedly taking it for inspection, only to be told "I can still see daa-lite through it laddie".
